Day 25 : How to make fluffy scrambled eggs

Eggs make for a perfect breakfast. In my yesterday’s post, i wrote on how we can have the perfect hard boiled eggs. Today i’l let you in on another variation of the egg – scrambled eggs. Though scrambled eggs are quite popular as a part of continental breakfast, yet they are delightfully eaten by everyone around the world.

Follow these easy steps and master the making of the scrambled eggs. Light , fluffy and airy – you are going to love them.

4 eggs
4 tbsp milk
1 tsp butter or ghee
Salt ( to taste)
Pepper ( to taste)

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper till mixed well.
Heat a pan. Melt the butter on it. When the pan is hot, add the eggs mixture. Wait for 30 seconds. Now pick the eggs from the sides and fold. Continue it till the eggs are cooked and the white and runny parts are no longer there.
Serve hot.

( Optional: Garnish them with spring onions and chives)
